The LIVE AGAIN SHELTER is a place of solace and purpose re-discovery for women who have found themselves in messy and painful situations beyond their control.
A safe haven for distressed and abused women who are stranded and need a temporary place to stay to refresh, reset and reinvent themselves to live again purposefully.
The goal is to help women find peace in the storm and rise to overcome their painful past and mistakes to find the courage, confidence and drive to live again purposefully.
It's a LIFE-GIVING shelter designed to GIVE LIFE so that any woman who walks in as walking dead or merely existing will receive life and hope to live again.
We provide them with guidance, counselling and support to solve their domestic violence issues, partnering with the government, lawyers and organisations to help to defend women's rights especially the right to live.
Most times we work with them to make them better by helping them do the inner work of healing, mindset re-engineering and therapy so they can have a better marriage if they choose to and if they have to leave the marriage they can start life all over and make better choices.
While leaving helps especially when life-threatening, we have come to see that LEAVING EGYPT DOESN'T NECESSARILY MEAN THAT EGYPT HAS LEFT.
The children of Israel left Egypt but Egypt did not leave them. It takes a lot of inner work to really leave egypt.
Our goal is to EMPOWER them with the tools needed to live again spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically and financially.
We work on everything from the INSIDE OUT including their SELF ESTEEM then set them up with a SKILL, BUSINESS or JOB, depending on their qualification so that by the time they are leaving the shelter, they are able to fend for themselves and children if any.
