A transformational leader, global speaker and resilience coach committed to helping women heal from trauma, rediscover their identity and rise into purposeful and economically empowered lives. Widely known as The Live Again Coach, her work sits at the intersection of emotional healing, leadership development and economic empowerment addressing one of the most overlooked challenges affecting women today : the impact of unhealed trauma on personal growth, workplace performance and long-term success. As the Founder of the Live Again Foundation, Enifome has led initiatives that have directly impacted over 2,000 women across Nigeria through community outreaches, shelter support, rehabilitation and empowerment programs. Her work provides not just relief, but true transformation, helping women move from merely existing to truly living and thriving. She is also the visionary behind Live Again Enterprise, a sustainability-driven arm focused on creating income opportunities for women while funding long-term impact through products, skills and innovation.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER - FELA DUROTOYE
Fela DUROTOYE is a Values Champion, a Global Speaker, an Executive Coach, a Leadership Trainer and a Nation Builder. FD as he is fondly called, is the Founder and CEO of The GEMSTONE Group, a leadership development institution comprising of The Fela Durotoye Company, The GEMSTONE Leadership Institute, The GEMSTONE Leadership Network and The GEMSTONE Nation Builders Foundation. Fela is highly regarded as one of Africa’s leading Executive Coaches. SPEAKER - DEBOLA DEJI-KURUNMI
Debola Deji-Kurunmi is a best-selling author, keynote speaker, ministry gift, public
policy advisor and transformational coach for visionary leaders. Through her work
of coaching, consulting and capacity building, Debola deploys her extraordinary gift of
unlocking potential in people, institutions and nations.
She is the Founder of IMMERSE Coaching Company (a professional coaching
practice), Executive Director at Ideation Hub Africa (a public policy and impact
advisory firm), President of Kingdom Leaders Global Alliance, Founder of the FutureForward Female™ Movement and Visionary Compass (a coaching practice serving
Africa’s 1% emerging and established visionaries). Across these organisations, she leads a
vibrant 100,000+ community of change-makers across the world.
She is a Certified Visionary Leadership Coach by the Oleg Konovalov Global Coaching Certification, a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a Certified Masteries Practitioner by the International Association of Coaching, USA. She is also a Thomas International Certified Workplace Personality Profile Analyst, Certified Job Evaluation Analyst and an experienced Corporate Trainer. Debola sits on the Board of a number of organisations, including Mandela Washington Fellowship Alumni Association of Nigeria, Sickle Cell Advocacy and Management Initiative, and the Mindset Transformation and Aid Organization, where she provides strategic advisory on organizational design, senior leadership development, policy analysis as well as program execution.
She is the author of 30 books to date.
SPEAKER - BANKOLE WILLIAMS
Bankole Williams is a globally recognized consultant, peak performance coach, and
transformational speaker with over 17 years of experience helping organizations
unlock human potential and drive sustainable results.
He is a 2022 official member of the Forbes Coaching Council, recipient of the
Silverbird Award as one of the 100 Most Distinguished CEOs in Nigeria (2024), and
winner of the Corporate Excellence Award at the Global Entrepreneurship Festival
(2024).
His firm, LYD Consulting, was named Best in Corporate Consulting, Southwest
Nigeria, by the Wealth Finance Management Consulting Awards (2023). He also
received the Coaching Icons Award (2019) and has been consistently recognized
among the most powerful voices in Corporate Nigeria by YNaija (2020 and 2021).
He has consulted for more than fourteen of Nigeria’s leading banks, including

SPEAKER - IPHIE CHUKS-ADIZUE
Iphie Chuks-Adizue is a seasoned executive, leadership expert and growth strategist with over 20 years of experience building global brands across Africa, with expertise in brand management, sales and media. She currently serves as Managing Director Africa at Global Citizen, an international advocacy organization focused on ending extreme poverty.
Before joining Global Citizen, Iphie served as Executive Director, Commercial at CAP PLC (makers of Dulux Paint), where she quadrupled business growth in just four years. A graduate of Economics from the University of Jos where she graduated top of her class, Iphie began her career at Procter & Gamble Nigeria, later holding leadership roles at Cadbury Nigeria before stepping into her current role at Global Citizen.
Iphie is deeply passionate about living a life of purpose that makes God proud, driving transformational leadership across Africa and inspiring women to rise into leadership, thrive there and create lasting impact.
She is the Founding President of the Uncommon Woman Movement (UWM), a global community equipping career women to birth purpose-driven initiatives that impact lives beyond their 9–5 jobs while excelling in their careers and flourishing in their homes.
She is also the Founder and Lead Coach at PrimaWorks Leadership Consults, empowering leaders at all levels with the knowledge and tools to unlock the full potential of their teams and deliver breakthrough results that transform their organisations and build a prosperous Africa.
Iphie is the author of two impactful books – The Uncommon Woman and Made for MORE. She is also a wife, mother of three and recipient of numerous awards for her contributions to leadership and women’s development.

Nneka Jethro-Iruobe is a seasoned Human Resources leader who recently concluded a long-term tenure at KPMG Nigeria, where she serves as an Associate Director in the People & Change (HR Advisory Services) unit.
She is widely known as “The Happy Employee Coach,” a brand through which she advocates for workplace satisfaction and financial literacy for professionals.
In late 2024, she was recognized as a Top 10 Exceptional Professional in HR at The Iconic Brand Awards and named an Expert in Compensation & Benefits by the HR Talent Hub.
She hosts the Happy Employee Bootcamp and various workshops such as “Manage your Manager” and “Maximize your Salary”.
Jethro-Iruobe wrote the books WHY YOUR BOSS PREFERS YOUR COLLEAGUE, WHO YOU SHOULD KNOW TO SUCCEED AT WORK & WHO IS USING YOUR SALARY to show employees the universal secrets to being happy at work & maximising salaries.
